Electronic Data Collection and Mobile Information
  1. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This practice aligns with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which requires explicit consent for the collection and use of electronic contact information, including text messaging data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with CASL and other applicable regulations.

Security Measures
We employ strict security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure storage practices, and access controls. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your personal information, as required by PIPEDA.
