02Review your visit feeFree with a valid Ontario health card. Without one, the visit is $50.00. A sick note costs an additional $50.00. HST (13%) is added to any fee. Any fee is shown before you submit your request.
03Share your health historyComplete the questionnaire with your symptoms, medical conditions, medications, allergies and preferred pharmacy.
04Get ready for your callHave identification, any relevant results and your medication list ready. Choose a private space and check your phone or video connection.
05Meet your clinicianFollow the instructions provided with your confirmed booking. You must be physically in Ontario during the appointment.
06Understand your next stepsDiscuss your care plan and follow-up. When appropriate, your clinician may provide a prescription, test requisition or referral, or recommend an in-person visit.
