Additional information: The Kenora District Services Board (KDSB) - Northwest EMS operates a Community Paramedic Case Management program within the Kenora District. The Community Paramedic Case Management program aims to help our communities fill service gaps and meet our client's needs through in-person visits and locally hosted clinics. As a District Service Board, we also have the unique ability to help bridge gaps between our health, social and housing services within our communities and offer various services to try and overcome the staffing, service and geographic challenges in our area. Our Community Paramedics and Case Managers are currently based out of four main hubs (Dryden and surrounding area, Kenora and surrounding area, Red Lake and surrounding area and Sioux Lookout and surrounding area) with the centralized administration office based in Dryden. Our program generally runs Monday to Friday.
