We meet the needs of older adults with cognitive impairment, mood and anxiety issues, and complex conditions associated with aging (mobility problems and falls, bowel or bladder difficulties, poor nutrition or unexplained weight loss, multiple illnesses and medications). Our healthcare professionals are experts in geriatric care and use a holistic and client-centered approach. We also offer outreach programs that bring our services to your home or community if you are unable to come to us. Ambulatory Clinical Services are part of Baycrest’s excellence in aging care, helping patients and their families improve their well-being and live independently.
