The Complete Colorectal Care Program process focuses on determining results and recommendations at the earliest possible stage of disease, which supports a more successful treatment and prognosis. All patients referred to the Colorectal Diagnostic Assessment Program (DAP) may receive CT, MRI, and laboratory investigations. The Colorectal DAP will provide patients with timely access to an interdisciplinary team including surgeon, pathologist, radiologist, registered nurse. Diagnosis will be communicated by, and subsequent care managed by, the next available Joseph Brant Hospital General Surgeon.
