Additional information: The Pediatric Eating Disorder Day Treatment Program at McMaster Children’s Hospital is an intensive interdisciplinary program for youth with eating disorders who require a higher level of care or who have not responded to standard outpatient services. The program serves 4 youth at a time in a 6 week program that operates at McMaster Children’s Hospital Monday to Friday. To be eligible for services, patients must be in treatment with one of the provincial Eating Disorder services and must have tried outpatient care for at least 3 months prior to referral.
