North of Superior Counselling Programs, located in the District of Thunder Bay, provides direct support to the communities of Nipigon, Armstrong, Marathon, Manitouwadge, Schreiber, Geraldton, and Longlac. We offer services across the lifespan, assisting children and youth (ages 0-17) and their families, including parenting support. Our children’s services include brief counselling, parenting assistance, and access to specialized services such as referrals, service coordination, and psychiatric and psychological support. For adults (18 and older), we offer mental health and substance use counselling, referrals, a rental supplement program, housing case management, brief services, parenting support, psychiatric services, and men's sexual survivor programming. Additionally, we provide volunteer visiting services to support older adults and individuals with physical disabilities through the EASE (Enrichment and Social Engagement) Program.
