Additional information: Rapid access to comprehensive, integrated, stigma-free, trauma-informed, low barrier care for substance use health: Rapid Access Addictions Medicine (RAAM), assessment/treatment for all substance use disorders, education, primary care, mental health supports, brief intervention counselling, crisis support, peer support, social work, case management, housing support, system navigation. Walk-in Mon-Fri 8am-8pm; referral not required. Also offers inpatient withdrawal management, stabilization, and treatment programs (24/7, interdisciplinary team, under medical oversight). Must have substance use health as a reason for seeking support -- referrals without a concurrent substance use concern are outside scope and not accepted. Does not provide safer supply, needle exchange, or supervised consumption services. Selected-offering description: offers RAAM services for all substances including alcohol -- medical management, counseling and education, outpatient and inpatient options, or can refer out to external agencies.
