Additional information: The Psychosis Assessment & Treatment Clinic (PATC) is a community mental health program within Mental Health Services at Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC), established to provide assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for people with schizophrenia and other psychosis disorders. PATC offers care to patients and their families aged 18 years and over for residents of Haliburton, Northumberland & Peterborough Counties and the City of Kawartha Lakes. Patients under the age of 18 will be referred to the Lynx, early psychosis intervention program. SERVICES PATC provides the following services: • Assessment – psychiatric and psychosocial • Community consultation, development, and education • Clinical case management (residents of Peterborough County only) • Family education and support • Medication management • Psychiatric treatment and follow-up • Psychosocial treatment • Psychoeducation • Psychosocial programs (e.g. peer support group, youth group etc.) • Rehabilitation (e.g. vocational, employment assistance) • Wellness management
