Additional information: Central Intake for Ottawa Valley Ontario Health Team (OVOHT) with a range of health and support services for people of all ages. Goal is to support each of our clients to maintain a safe, secure, independent, and healthy quality of life in their home. Central intake is hosted by Eganville & District Seniors on behalf of the Ottawa Valley Ontario Health Team. Referrals will be assessed and forwarded to the most appropriate community support service organizations. Services offered include Community Paramedic Program, meal and nutrition services, personal support in the home, dementia support, respite/caregiver support, physical wellness, social wellness, transportation, and other requests (e.g., foot care).
