Additional information: Nurish Psychotherapy provides evidence-based, client-centered care in a warm and non-judgmental environment. We work collaboratively with clients to support meaningful and sustainable change, with a focus on improving overall functioning and quality of life. We support individuals presenting with trauma, eating disorders, burn out, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and ADHD. Our clinicians draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR ,and mindfulness-based interventions. Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs, with an emphasis on practical skill-building, emotional regulation, and resilience.
