Who they see: General outpatient: primary eating-disorder diagnosis; under17 at referral; Hamilton/Burlington/Brantford/Niagara/Haldimand-Norfolk region; moderate/severe symptoms with significant/rapid weight loss or frequent binge/purge. ARFID: at least7 plus growth failure, nutritional deficiency or full nutritional-supplement dependence.
Not accepted: Not a weight-loss program. Medical instability directed to local emergency; physician can page Adolescent Medicine pediatrician via905-521-5030. Inpatient access by direct physician-to-physician consultation.
