Our patient population includes individuals living with chronic illness or navigating a new diagnosis, students, caregivers, healthcare professionals, first responders and frontline workers, new and expecting parents, neurodiverse individuals, and people from 2SLGBTQI+, BIPOC, Indigenous, immigrant, and newcomer communities. Our team includes clinicians with backgrounds in acute care nursing, neurosurgery, geriatric and chronic illness rehabilitation, hospice and palliative care, and end-of-life support. Clinicians are trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, somatic and body-based therapies, attachment-based and relational therapies, narrative therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness-informed approaches. Treatment plans are individualized and goal-focused. With patient consent, intake summaries or progress updates are provided to referring physicians. Individual fees range from $50 to $200 per session. Couples and family fees range from $200 to $240. Sliding scale is available. A supervised student therapist with a nursing and acute care background currently accepts clients at $50 per session. Additional low-cost supervised placements at $50 per session join the practice in September 2026, including services in Spanish and Hindi. Services are not covered by OHIP.
