Provides individual, evidence-based psychotherapy for those experiencing mild-to-moderate depression, mood fluctuations, generalized anxiety, panic, and stress-related concerns. Delivered by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Services aim to help clients build emotion regulation, manage intrusive thoughts, and improve daily functioning in a supportive, confidential environment.
