Additional information: Due to the high volume of referrals we have received, we will not be accepting referrals via the referral network at this time. If you have any questions, please reach out to our clinic at admin@vitapsychiatry.com. Virtual psychiatry clinic offering diagnostic assessments and treatment plans for patients that are 18+. We do not prescribe medications, but will send detailed treatment plans to referring physicians and nurse practitioners. ***The patient that you are referring must be able to follow up with you for their treatment plan.*** General psychiatry diagnostic assessments for any mental health issue: ADHD, depression, anxiety, addictions, PTSD, personality, grief, life stress, bipolar, OCD, schizophrenia, autism/neurodevelopmental, neurocognitive, etc. ***Please note that our clinic is virtual (not by phone), and we require patients to provide a valid credit card to secure their appointment. Patients will not be charged our cancellation fee so long as they attend their booked appointments or provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling any appointments with us*** Diagnostic assessment appointments are available on Tuesdays, virtually. Once the referral is accepted, patient will receive an email with the link to self-book their virtual appointment with us. We do not make initial phone calls to patients and it is their responsibility to check their email and book their own appointment with our clinic.
