Additional information: Primary Care, Community and Self-Referrals Accepted. One Team Recovery (OTR) Substance Abuse Program is a community-based recovery program for those ready to moderate or abstain from substance use. Multiple components support individuals, family and friends; avoids labelling participants as "addicts" or "alcoholics" (addiction as an experience, not identity); informed by the SMART recovery model, a non-spiritual alternative to 12-step programs; trauma-informed, safe space for the LGBTQ+ community. Supports individuals currently prescribed Methadone, Suboxone, Naltrexone and other medical aids.
