Additional information: The Eating Disorders Program is a family-based program available to all individuals from 11-25 years of age . Non-CHC clients, with or without a Primary Care Practitioner, are also welcome to attend. This program is led by Nurse Practitioners specially trained in the field of Eating Disorders to provide consultations, assessments and treatments to assist in creating a care plan with possible ongoing interventions.
