Additional information: This is a general rheumatology clinic focusing on diagnosis and management of inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and other forms of inflammatory arthritis, and systemic inflammatory rheumatic diseases such as collagen vascular diseases, vasculitis, IgG4RD. We do not see patients with osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia or chronic pain. All referrals will be triaged and booked based on urgency and availability. Relevant test and imaging results should be provided to ensure the patient is appropriately triaged. Our office will contact the patient directly with the appointment time and date. As a result of the volume of referrals received by my office, the wait time for Rheumatology consultation has increased to a level not compatible with good patient care. As a consequence, I am not currently able to accept most New Patient Referrals. My deepest regret that you will have to consider other avenues for your patient's management at this time. Eligibility Criteria: - Patient is age 18 or older.
