Outpatient imaging requests are not scheduled as emergent or urgent same day requests and may be scheduled within weeks or months from the date the DI department receives the request. If this is an emergent or urgent request, please refer the patient to the Emergency Department. Follow up of medical imaging requests/tests should comply with the “CPSO Managing Tests” policy.
