Additional information: As part of the Hurvitz Brain Sciences Program, the Barzakay Clinic’s team of leading experts is dedicated to clinical care for some of the most challenging brain conditions of our time. We offer outpatient care to patients who require assessment, diagnostic procedures, treatment or follow up for a variety of neurological conditions. Making an Appointment: • A referral from a licensed physician in Ontario is required for new patients.
