Additional information: I'm Larry Borins, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 17 + years experience in counselling in Toronto and the GTA. I’ve honed my skills across diverse settings, including family health teams, outpatient hospital centres, private practice, and community health organizations. My journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and I specialize in working with individuals, couples and families. As a devoted father to three energetic hockey-loving daughters, I've come to deeply appreciate family dynamics and the importance of fostering balance and resilience in navigating life's challenges.
